Product integrity is the one thing we never trade.
How product is received, stored, handled and released — and what happens when something falls outside specification.
The chain of custody
Five stages, each with a record. The same sequence applies to every product we handle.
01
Sourcing
Manufacturers are assessed before any agreement, on product quality and their ability to sustain supply.
02
Receipt
Consignments are checked against documentation on arrival. Discrepancies are raised before stock enters the system.
03
Storage
Held under the conditions the manufacturer specifies, with those conditions monitored rather than assumed.
04
Handling & release
Picked and released with a record of what moved, when, and to whom.
05
Delivery
Delivered to institutional and retail customers with confirmation retained.
What we hold to, without exception.
01
No compromise on integrity
Product that falls outside specification is quarantined, not sold. There is no commercial exception to this.
02
Records, not assurances
Every stage produces a record. Compliance is something we can show, not something we assert.
03
Regulatory alignment
We work within the requirements of the authorities in the markets we serve, and with our partners' registration obligations.
